How to manage stress for a student

As educational requirements get more stringent in all levels of education, students everywhere experience considerable school stress. Signs of stress could be: Insomnia, restlessness, change in eating habits and frustration. Although it may seem impossible to unite both exercise and a busy life, it is important to make time for physical exercise. Whether it's a run or a walk in the gym, regular exercise can help to bring you more profits, and as a result a good nights sleep. Furthermore it is central to manage your time wisely, get organized and create a good study environment around you. Just the right amount of stress can be a good motivator and keeps things interesting. However it is important to remember that too much stress can even affect concentration and performance in school, so being aware of the signs of stress, and following these simple rules may help reduce stress and help you learn.
